We take extra time in listing each product for sale on our web page to inform you of the product you are purchasing to the best of our ability based on manufacturer info. We encourage each of our customers to research products through manufacturers web pages linked from our web page: www.capitalrc.com Also, please feel free to call us direct to answer any of your questions at 916-817-2120. If within two weeks of purchase date, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your unopened, new, unused, not tampered with, in original manufacturer packaging, original UN-tampered shipping box for online store credit subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any promotional discounts on shipping or extra coupons applied towards purchase are not refundable for any product returns including but not limited to any original shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at 916-817-2120, Monday thru Friday 11a.m to 7p.m Pacific Standard Time, to get a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA#) before you return any item or product to us. Customer must purchase insurance for any returned item or product at customers own expense as we are not responsible for merchandise that gets lost or damaged in transit.

Manufacturers Warranty:
All manufacturers warranties are in full effect and any defective merchandise claims are referred directly to the manufacturer to that specific product. Capital City R/C Center is not responsible for any defective merchandise and cannot for any opened, used and or defective merchandise. Most of each of the products / items / or merchandise come with with a manufacturers warranty and will repair or exchange defective products for you. Capital City R/C Center is available to ansewer questions if you need help with manufacture claims, please call us if the manufacturer does not handle your claim to your satisfaction.
Processing Your Order / Shipping / Handling:
Upon processing your order, most orders will be processed the same day provided that we receive your order during the business week ( Monday thru Friday ) before 2p.m Pacific Standard Time. Any Orders received after that will be processed the next business day. Note: We don not ship on Major Holiday's or the Weekends ( Saturday & Sunday ). During the check out process, you will be prompted to choose what shipping method and time frame you would like. Based on shipping method, time frame, and processing time described above, you should have an idea when you will receive your product. A e-mail confirmation with your shipping tracking number will be sent out to you once your order has been processed. Remember, weekends and holidays do not count as shipping days. Note: Due to fraud prevention, we can only ship to the address of the original card holder. Each Customer must make sure to take the time to fill out this information correctly as it appears on your monthly billing statement for a smooth and accurate transaction. It is the responsibility of the card holder to provide accurate and correct information in order for us to process your order in a timely fashion. We use the up-most secure site to help us ensure both parties are protected.
Damaged Package Claims / Lost Packages Claims:
If your order received is damaged due to shipping transit, you must contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your package. When calling, you will be sent out via e-mail a Damaged Package Claim Form to fill out and mail to us for review and verification. Customers must maintain package in an UN-opened original shipping condition (box, packaging material, etc.). Once we receive your claim, we will review it and most likely ask you to ship the product back to us for verification purposes. In the event your package is not received within reasonable time and you feel that your package is lost or missing, please contact us. Customers will be e-mailed a Lost Package Claim Form which needs to be filled out and mailed to us for review and verification.
Taxes:
Any and all orders shipped within California will be subject to the current sales tax of 7.75%.
Product Inventory Disclosure:
Inventory levels stated are actual, due to any errors or massive inventory demand on specific items, items may go on back-order without notice. Capital City R/C Center updates inventory levels daily. Incase your item is on backorder when ordered, you will receive an e-mail stating ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) status.
